We are pleased to welcome new patients who live within the practice
area.
If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us,
please speak to the practice manager. You will be asked to complete one
of our registration forms. Your registration will be with the practice
but we organise the care of our patients by allocating patients to a
specific GP who works with a personal secretary. You may see any of the
doctors but you are encouraged to remain under the treatment of one
doctor for the purposes of continuity of care. We ask all new patients
to complete a medical questionnaire. Please answer all the questions
for our records.
We are fully registered under the Data Protection Act. Patients' records
are only available to doctors and staff in the practice. We recognise
the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times. |
