 Please hand in, post or fax the computerised prescription form, allowing 48 hours for the prescription to be produced. Please do not let your medicines run out as it is not possible to process it while you wait. No prescription requests are taken over the telephone. Patients taking repeat medication should be checked at regular intervals, please ask your doctor how often you need to be seen. Prescriptions can be collected by one of the local chemists if you indicate this on the form. NEW SECURE ONLINE SERVICE On 3rd January 2012 we upgraded our secure repeat prescription ordering service. The new service
offers you the option to print off your order once the form has been
submitted.
